In the unfortunate event of a claim, Hastings Insurance Brokers make the process as easy for you as possible. We deal with the insurance company, claim process and effectively manage the claim on your behalf. In the unfortunate event of a claim, please contact your local Hastings office immediately who will take care of the process from beginning to end. As a Hastings client you need to refer to your policy documents and phone an approved windscreen repairer.  They will handle everything, from calling to you to fix your windscreen, to arranging payment and paperwork direct with your insurance company.

 

 

Car Accident


Simply refer to your policy documents and phone the emergency assistance number. They will take the initial details on first notification of your motor insurance claim.  Your local Hastings office should then be contacted on the next working day.  We will then take care of any arrangements for you.

 

House Insurance Claims
